Reaching out for support is strong and courageous. I am a warm and collaborative therapist with over seven years of clinical experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate and overcome life’s challenges . My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, trusting relationships.
I work alongside clients to understand their unique experiences, helping them build insight, develop practical skills, and reconnect with their strengths. My style is compassionate and non-judgmental, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in the therapeutic process.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, families, and adults facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, school problems, ADHD/ADD and much more. I draw from research-supported therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s goals and needs.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, collaborative care that supports resilience, growth, and lasting changeExperience:
