Supervised by Katrina Fairchild, LPC-S

Starting therapy can feel like a lot, especially when life already feels like a lot. If you're here, something brought you to this point, and that matters.

I'm a therapist who strives to work collaboratively with people through their anxiety, depression, stress, and the general weight of navigating life. My approach draws from evidence-based methods which is a fancy way of saying I use tools that have been tested, not just intuition and or my best guess.

Our work together will always be collaborative. You set the direction; I help you get there. Sessions won't always be comfortable, but they'll always be honest, and we'll track your progress against the goals we set together early on so change is something you can actually see, not just feel.

What I can offer is genuine attention, real tools, and a space where you don't have to have it figured out before you walk in.
