Life shouldn’t feel like an endless cycle of behavioral battles at home, academic challenges and obstacles, or hypervigilance. Whether you are a parent completely exhausted from trying to support a neurodivergent child, a high school or college student struggling to keep up, or an adult carrying heavy, unspoken trauma, you do not have to navigate this wilderness alone.

My name is Ethan Patterson. I don't look at you as a diagnosis to be treated, but as an individual with the inherent right to reclaim your life, your peace of mind, and your path forward. Together, we will build a practical, structured roadmap out of the crisis and toward peace and control in your life.

Proven Competence

Trust is built on empirical capability, and experience with hurting people. My clinical background is forged in high-intensity environments where practical needs matter most:

High-Intensity Trauma Recovery (800+ Hours): Logged 800+ advanced clinical hours in the high-stress environment of the Lubbock County Jail . There, I delivered critical diagnostic and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals navigating severe trauma, addictions, systemic anxiety, and clinical depression.

Early Childhood & Skill Development Expertise (1,100 students): Worked with approximately 1,100 children in athletic coaching to develop skills for the real world. I worked with parents and children to bring out their best and face fears and anxiety head on.

Educational Recovery for Emerging Adults: Served as a Student Success Specialist at Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business. I designed and executed custom behavioral intervention plans to help university students break through persistent executive dysfunction, performance anxiety, and academic burnout to successfully reclaim their degree programs.
