Counseling that fits you
You are not alone.
Help starts here.
You’re navigating this wild, messy, beautiful life, and you’ve been carrying something heavy for a while now—something that feels like it’s woven into your bones, showing up in ways you can’t quite shake.
Maybe it’s from that one experience that shaped everything, the kind of thing that left a mark you can’t see.
But you feel it every day.
Dodging Life Like It’s a Minefield
So, you find yourself avoiding —places, people, even feelings—because it all feels too close to that hurt. It’s like you’re tiptoeing through life, trying not to set off any emotional landmines. But the thing is, your world is a little smaller, a little lonelier.
The Past Keeps Knocking, Uninvited
You’re going about your day—maybe doing the daily chores or scrolling on your phone—when something hits you out of nowhere. A smell, a sound, a random memory, and suddenly you’re back there, in a time and place you’d give anything to forget. Your mind hits replay without asking your permission.
Your body alerts - muscles tense, heart racing, adrenaline rushes.
Your senses go to sentry mode – scanning the world for threats. You can’t not face the exit.
It’s all too much.
The Loneliest
And all that is wreaking havoc on the relationships you long for but somehow always seem just out of reach. You want to know others and to be known by others. And that is absolutely terrifying. How can you?

You’re Not Alone in This, Brave One
You’re human, and you’ve been through some stuff that left a mark. Some lived experience is your brain and body trying to make sense of something that was too much to carry alone. But you don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 512-434-0716.
