Help for your Teen

Your teen can tackle their anxiety, depression, and trauma and grow through their teen years with confidence.

We work with teens who:

  • struggle in relationships - with peers and family

  • throw fits in a rage

  • argue with their parents even over the simplest of requests

  • struggle with grades

  • avoid social situations

  • have panic attacks

  • are self-harming or having suicidal thoughts

  • seem to have no purpose or ambition

Your teen can:

  • learn how to get unstuck from the big emotions

  • learn how to get out of their own way

  • understand why they are not going crazy, but their brain is doing its job

  • understand how trying harder or blaming others won’t work

  • learn how to navigate through overwhelming moments

  • discover new paths to address complex problems

We know that sometimes life can be a lot. Sometimes our mind powers through and we are none the worse for wear. Other times, the brain gets stuck on sad or scared or angry.

We want to let go and move on, but the restless nights and tiring days seem to last forever. All too often, the problems seep into relationships with the ones we love the most.

During these phases of life, counseling can be the rope that your teen can use to pull themselves free – to get unstuck.

Unstuck means your teen controls their emotions, their body, and their thoughts. Unstuck means your teen feels confident and safe in their relationships.
