A back-to-school group designed to help high school students build simple, effective habits for emotional resilience—before the year begins.
You’ll walk away with a personalized daily routine that helps you feel more balanced, less anxious, and more in control—
no matter what this school year brings.
What You’ll Learn
Each session focuses on one part of your daily rhythm—so you can take on the school year with more calm and confidence:
🌅 Morning Reset
Kick off each day with clarity and intention—without rushing or spiraling.
🌀 Emotional Regulation
Learn to handle stressful moments (tests, drama, pressure) in real-time.
🌙 Nighttime Decompression
End your day with tools to process emotions, sleep better, and reset.
📅 Your Resilience Game Plan
Put it all together into a daily routine that works for your life—and stick with it even when school gets busy.
