Welcome to Overcoming Burnout —

a 4-session group experience built to restore balance, build resilience, and bring back joy.

What’s This Group All About?

High school is demanding—between academics, extracurriculars, jobs, and social pressures, it’s easy for students to lose themselves in the chaos. Our goal? Equip teens with real-life strategies to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care so they’re not just surviving—but thriving.

By the end of this group, students will:

✅ Know how to protect their time and emotional health
✅ Reconnect with their passions and friendships
✅ Enter summer feeling lighter, calmer, and more like themselves

Program Overview: 4 Sessions to Recharge and Rebuild

🛑 Session 1: Setting Boundaries
Learn how to say no without guilt and protect your energy. Practice real-world scenarios—like turning down that late-night FaceTime or that extra work shift—with confidence.

😮 Session 2: Sleep Hygiene
Understand how sleep impacts your stress levels and how to actually get more of it. Build a plan to take back your nights—and your mornings.

đŸ’Ș Session 3: Exercise & Diet
Discover how movement and mindful eating can give you the energy to get through your day without running on fumes (or energy drinks).

Find strength in the relationships that matter. Identify what friendships fill you up—and how to create more of those connections.
